By using Morphix, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

Using Morphix

Morphix provides tools for renaming, optimising, converting, resizing and organising images, generating AI-assisted filename suggestions, updating image references in website code and preparing downloadable files.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permission to process any images, filenames, website code or other materials that you use with Morphix.

AI features are optional

AI filename generation is optional. You may manually rename your images, keep their existing filenames and continue with the image optimisation workflow without using AI.

AI-generated results

AI-generated filenames and other automated suggestions may be inaccurate, unsuitable, repetitive or incomplete. They are provided as suggestions rather than guarantees of SEO performance or search ranking improvements.

You are responsible for reviewing generated filenames and other output before publishing, replacing files or making changes to a live website.

Website code updates

Morphix can automatically modify image filenames, paths and related references in code supplied by you. Automated code transformations may not support every framework, coding pattern or custom implementation.

Always review generated code and keep a backup of your original website files before replacing code on a production website.

Free early-access service

Morphix Version 1.0 is currently offered as a free early-access service. Free access is subject to technical, daily, monthly and fair-use limits.

Morphix may change free limits, temporarily restrict AI features, introduce paid plans, modify available features or discontinue particular functionality as the service develops.

Reaching an AI usage limit does not necessarily prevent you from continuing to use browser-based image optimisation or manual filename editing where those features remain available.

Fair use and abuse prevention

You must not attempt to bypass Morphix's request limits, daily allowances, IP or browser protections, monthly AI limits or other technical safeguards.

You must not use automated scripts, bots or other methods to create excessive requests, interfere with the service, consume resources unfairly or attempt to obtain unauthorised access to Morphix or its third-party services.

Morphix may restrict or block access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, infrastructure or third-party API allowances.

Prohibited content and use

You must not use Morphix for unlawful activity or submit content that you do not have the right to use. You must also comply with any applicable requirements and restrictions imposed by third-party services used by Morphix.

Your content

You retain your rights in images, code and other materials that you provide to Morphix. Using the service does not transfer ownership of your original content to Morphix.

Service availability

Morphix may depend on browsers, hosting providers, AI providers, network services and other third-party infrastructure. Features may occasionally be unavailable, rate-limited, changed or interrupted.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of free or early-access features.

No guarantee of SEO results

Morphix is an image optimisation and workflow tool. Using SEO-friendly filenames, compression or other Morphix features does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, conversions or other SEO results.

Limitation of responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing output, maintaining backups and determining whether Morphix results are appropriate for your website or project. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Morphix is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that every generated filename, converted file or code update will be suitable for every use case.

Changes to Morphix and these terms

Morphix may update the service and these Terms as features, limits, providers and commercial plans evolve. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date shown above.
